Armenia is one of the oldest countries in the world, with an awesome Caucasus Mountain landscape, many historic churches and monasteries awarded as UNESCO World Heritage sites carved into a rock, and scenic views of the surrounding valleys. From the bustling streets of the capital Yerevan to the serene monasteries above the rocky cliffs and rich in culture, the place offers vast things to explore through time and traditions.

We arrived in Yerevan before lunch, and we fixed our things after check-in at Hotel Shirak an old hotel in the city, then we grabbed a meal at Karas Restaurant to start with.

Our group accompanied by our energetic tour guide, gave us a sneak overview of Yerevan’s finest cuisine, culture, and history of the places. A whole day journey going to the different tourist destinations across the country for the second and third day respectively.

Check some of my wife’s videos we have during our visit.
