This week Firefox team releases version 82.0 that includes security fixes and additional features for the end-users.
The team introduces improvements to make streaming videos more exciting with the use of Picture-In-Picture buttons. Mac users will be able to trigger the keyboard shortcuts (Option + Command + Shift + Right bracket) that works before you play the video. While for the Windows users it has a DirectComposition for decoded videos, which improves the CPU and GPU usage and also improving device battery life.
You can save your favorite web articles to Pocket easily by hovering your mouse to the browsers toolbar. Compared to the previous version, the loading of pages is much faster and runs smoothly.
The updated language pack helps to prevent the difficulty in switching back to English by default.
For the developers, they can access the latest DevTools and download newest plugins. The network monitor panel is merged with the response panel right below the responses list.
